Our mission
Food producers make hundreds of recipe and pricing decisions on margins they can't actually see. A spreadsheet goes stale the moment a supplier raises a price. Flowa exists to give every food manufacturer real-time, trustworthy cost visibility — from raw ingredient to finished product to profit margin.
Why we built it
Costing a recipe by hand means juggling shrinkage, yield, packaging, unit conversions and overhead across dozens of spreadsheets. One typo, or one outdated vendor price, and the margin is fiction. We built Flowa so a single price change recalculates every affected recipe and product automatically — no manual rework, no silent errors.
Built for real production
Flowa's costing engine is verified against real Icelandic production cost sheets (framlegðarskjöl), not a generic template. It handles multi-vendor pricing, nested sub-recipes, and production-scale catalogues of hundreds of recipes and materials.
