Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-17

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Flowa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Flowa provides recipe management and production costing software for food manufacturers. We offer a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Flowa (recipes, ingredients, costs, products). We do not claim any rights to your business data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Flowa to: - Violate any laws or regulations. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application. - Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend you maintain your own backups of critical business data.

8. Limitation of liability

Flowa is provided "as is." We are not responsible for business decisions made based on data or calculations in the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes shall be resolved in the Reykjavik District Court (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
